Many people hate dealing with lawyers, but rather they hate them, and point fingers at them, because they defend the oppressor and the oppressed, according to their opinion, but there is a question about who determines if a person is unjust or oppressed?
Lawyer: He is a person who lives among people, and he is one of the people, and he befalls and makes mistakes like all human beings, but people think that lawyers live in another world, and they know very well that there is an unjust and wronged in every case presented before them and they plead.
However, as stated in the noble hadith:
[On the authority of Umm Salamah, may God be pleased with her: The Messenger of God said: I am a human being, and you are contesting me, and perhaps some of you should be. So I spend for him in the manner that I hear, so whoever has made up for him the right of his brother, I will cut him a piece of fire, agreed upon.
The lawyer is not the one who decides who is the oppressor or the oppressed, and defending everyone is a sacred right in all the laws and regulations in force in all countries of the world, and the lawyer transfers to the court the words that are issued by the litigants in cases in a legal manner, and he is not held accountable for that except in front of his conscience and no authority It is only the law.
Just as all the actions of lawyers are counted and held accountable for if he errs against his client before the law and before the union to which he belongs, and there are penalties for every action performed by lawyers who abuse this honorable profession.
